The story goes back to mid 90's, when Mr. Ashok Mudkavi,a visionary and a successful business leader, decided to get into a "start-up". an HR company - Maitreya Consultants, focusing on Talent Acquisition for the Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Engineering companies. Back then, such services were a foreign concept especially at a tier II industrial town like Aurangabad. Yet Ashok decided to go ahead with his passion and a vision that resonated with the need of the industry.
Ashok was a proud alumnus the Mechanical Engineering department of the erstwhile REC Warangal (now NIT Warangal) and worked in the industry for more than 25 years before calling it a day as the CEO with a leading business conglomerate, at Aurangabad. He successfully brought forward his business acumen and entrepreneurial talent to offer industry the talent pool just the way it was needed. This all was happening at the time when internet in India had just born and there wasn’t any concept of job portals to fall back upon. The real success factor was the personal connect with every employer and employee and that is how the journey began.
Ashok's inspiring journey came to an untimely halt on 30th October 2001. Yet even after two decades, his Energy, Passion, Vision and Zeal remain vibrant as ever and run deep in our company as we continue to realise his Dream of -
